The sessions and discussions will take place at the Universidad Veracruzana Auditorium in Veracruz, Mexico.  Reservations for accommodations need to be made by  February 15, 2004 to guarantee room availability.  The closest airport is Veracruz.  If transportation from the airport is needed, indicate this on the registration form.
